給新入公司的新鮮人一點建議
以一個專業簽證大會計師而言
他應具備的能力簡易分析有以下:
1. 個人撰寫簽證報告的能力 (個人專業的賺錢能力 )
2. 領導下屬共同為公司奮鬥的能力 ( 團隊組織能力 )
3. 公司內外的人際關係 ( 內是人和, 外是業務開發能力的輔助 ! )
4. 個人各類的學養知識與處世應變能力 (比如, 替所簽證的大公司打贏行政官司,
以省下其大筆罰金等類似能力 ...)
適應環境
新人入公司, 享有公司的基本福利 , 每日很辛勤地為公司內的大會計師所簽證的客戶
公司算帳,這時應打好專業會計的基礎能力, 熬過3~5年的磨練! (當然每個新人都是從
認識環境, 適應環境, 提出環境改造建議...一步步貢獻所能然後慢慢爬升 ) 當然如果
不適應環境也沒有關係, 要設法緊快找出個人興趣和未來發展的路線, 比如台灣知名
導演吳念真先生,雖然他是念會計系的,最後沒走會計路線,改走入傳播的工作領域, 而
且發展得很好!
專業學養
當然在那前段奮鬥期也要不忘努力讀書,甚至或晚上補習,以謀考取專業會計師證照,
這才是入此門道的開始! 當然如果在進入公司前若有其他行業的工作經驗更好,因為
對其他行業的熟悉與人際關係當然會是增進未來的會計業務開發能力.
善待同事
新人記得與公司各部門同仁長期友善相處, 如總務管理部門 , 人事部門 , 宣傳部門 ,
協助出報告的打字部門 , 公司內部財務部門 , 知識管理及出版部門 , 營業開發的 :
a.審計部門 b.財稅部門 c.電腦稽核管理部門 d.財務顧問部門等 , 每個部門的同仁
都有其行事特色與大小不一的工作壓力 , 不要因為個人職位的高低而出現對待 同
事有趾高氣昂的態度 ! 因為有調和內外團隊共同對外作戰能力的人 , 才是公 司未
來的好領導人! 不要出現將來個人有能力成為公司執行長(CEO)時, 確是個短命的
CEO . ( 即指非因健康因素只能做一任而無法連任成功者 )
其他細節
比如家庭和諧 , 個人健康 , 個人財務 , 時間管理 , 低調行事 , 生活態度 , 英語溝通,
外派出差能力 , 感情處理或處事EQ等 , 甚至小到新人在外跑服務時, 騎車安全的
能力也要注意 , 不然一個年輕人好好的前程也極可能因一場車禍的發生而瞬間化
為烏有 !
